It's an honor to be part of this family business, ending her speech. To begin the celebrations, Denise also explain behind the tradition of Lo hei, which she always has held back home in Singapore with her family to ring in the new year and bring blessings upon all who celebrate it! Every year since Denise joined, Lo hei is a must celebration (in Cantonese for "tossing up") which
refers to the communal tossing of yusheng, a dish comprising fish slice, vegetables, crushed peanuts, pomelo, cinnamon, pepper, golden pillow crackers to name a few and is accompanied by a variety of condiments.
